You may use this website to browse HIKI Kids products, create a customer account, place orders, and view orders that belong to your account. Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access another customer’s information, or misuse any account or administrative feature.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

We aim to present product names, descriptions, sizes, colours, images, and availability as accurately as possible. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. Products may become unavailable, and information may be corrected when an error is found.

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Your checkout shows the product subtotal, any applicable shipping charge, and the total before you continue to payment. Please review your products, sizes, quantities, contact details, and delivery address before submitting an order.

Checkout requires a confirmed customer account. When an order is created, the website saves it to that account and displays its permanent order number. An order may be reviewed or cancelled if information, pricing, availability, payment, or fulfilment cannot be confirmed.

Payment and order status are recorded separately. Creating an order, or selecting the “I’ve paid” action, does not by itself mean that payment has succeeded. Payment remains awaiting confirmation until it is verified and the current status is shown in My Orders. Do not make a duplicate payment if you are unsure; contact us with your order number.

Requests are handled under our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Please read that policy and contact us with your permanent order number so the request can be reviewed against the current order and payment status.

The HIKI Kids name, website copy, product photographs, graphics, and other original site content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

We work to keep the website and its information available and accurate, but interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HIKI Kids is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
