When you create or use an account, we process your email address and the authentication information needed to sign you in. If you choose managed Google sign-in, Google provides the account information needed to establish your HIKI Kids session.

At checkout, we collect the recipient’s first and last name, mobile number, delivery address, city, PIN code, and any delivery notes you choose to add. The confirmed email on your customer account is used for the order. We also save the products, sizes, quantities, prices, shipping amount, total, order status, and payment status associated with the order. Courier or tracking information may be added when available.

We use this information to authenticate your account, create and manage your orders, validate checkout details, arrange fulfilment and delivery, maintain order and payment records, respond to questions or complaints, protect customer accounts, and operate the store. We do not use an email address or mobile number alone as proof that an order belongs to someone; order access is tied to the authenticated customer account.

Your cart and a temporary checkout draft may be saved in your browser so they remain available while you navigate or complete sign-in. The draft contains delivery details, not passwords, authentication tokens, or payment credentials. Browser-saved information stays on that browser and does not automatically transfer to another device.

Information may be processed by services needed to operate the website, authenticate customers, process or verify payments, and fulfil deliveries. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect customers or the website, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. We do not make customer order details publicly available.

We use account-based access controls intended to limit customer order information to the customer who placed the order and authorised administrators. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the store, maintain transaction records, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can review your current orders through My Orders and clear a saved checkout draft using the control provided at checkout. To ask about your personal information, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, use our Contact Us page. We may need to verify your account before acting on a request.

We may update this policy when our website, services, or information practices change. The latest version and effective date will be shown on this page.
